- Do you charge extra for night or weekend call-outs?
- No. We operate 24/7 and do not add a call-out charge for coming to you. You pay for the tyre and fitting — the price is confirmed clearly when you call.
- What areas do you cover for emergency call-outs?
- We provide emergency tyre call-out across Buckinghamshire & the Home Counties, including Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. If you are unsure whether we reach you, just call and ask.
- What if I don't have a spare wheel?
- That is not a problem. Most of our emergency jobs involve fitting a brand-new tyre because the vehicle has no usable spare. We carry a wide range of tyre sizes so we can fit the correct one on the spot.
- What should I do while I wait on the motorway?
- Pull onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency refuge area if you can, put on your hazard lights, and get yourself and any passengers behind the safety barrier away from traffic. Then call us and we will come to you.
- What information do you need when I call?
